Xperia M4 Aqua

Sony has recently revealed new devices (the Sony Xperia M4 Aqua and the Xperia Z4 tablet) in his respective lineups at this year's MWC 2015 in Barcelona, looking first at Sony's waterproof new device, the M4 Xperia Aqua:

Design

The M4 Aqua has taken it’s design cues from the Xperia Z3, but it’s still including a very pleasing design, it comes with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels (~294 ppi pixel density) and it has a glass front and back, with an identical rounded edging along the sides.

Performance

The 64-bit octa-core processor is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615, which pairs two quad-cores clocked at 1.5GHz and 1.0GHz with 2GB of RAM. The Xperia M4 aqua comes with 16GB storage, which can be expanded with a microSD of up to 32GB, and Android 5 with Android 5.0 Lollipop with a new interface.

Camera 

A 13-megapixel camera on the back of the M4 aqua. It comes with a range of automatic shooting modes; on the front is a 5-megapixel camera, with a wide-angle lens to help make your selfies look better than ever.

Battery

The big compromise is the battery life, The M4 Aqua battery has a 2,400mAh, which means two days of normal use

The Xperia M4 Aqua will launch 'spring 2015’, which is a bit vague, but it seems likely that it will hit the shops in the next month or two.

 At a price of 299 euros that is going to be around $335, the M4 Aqua is entering one of the most competitive segments of the smartphone market.

"The new HTC One M9" is our 3th "upcoming smartphones" it has been announced, and it is one of the best phones ever, The new device isn't a drastic overhaul of HTC's existing product, it’s just the next iteration of HTC’s “One”, but that doesn't necessarily mean it won't be an outstanding phone. "The HTC One M9" also has a 5in Full HD Super LCD 3 display, a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels (441-ppi pixel density),and it’s protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4.HTC has taken cues from luxury watchmakers by using a two-tone metal design, and it has recontoured the back and edges to be more ergonomic.

Performance

This "upcoming smartphone" comes standard with 32GB of internal storage and a micro SD card slot like before. "The M9" has upgraded to a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 64-bit processor and 3GB of RAM, meaning it is optimised for Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system.

Camera

"The HTC One M9" has a new 20Mp rear camera, which means it can record video in 4K resolution, and uses a dynamic exposure algorithm to mimic the human eye. On the front the largely misunderstood dual 4MP, UltraPixel has been moved to the front of "the HTC One M9", to offer improved low light performance for selfies.

Battery

The battery pack is also more impressive that 2840mAh power unit is one of the biggest HTC has ever packed into a phone, and with the lower power screen that's going to help keep your phone chugging along for longer than a single day.

As mentioned above, HTC has stated it expects to have the One M9 on store shelves by March 31.

"The Galaxy S6 Edge" price comes in around 850 USD for the 32 GB version although this is not yet official (Samsung has not even listed a 32 GB version yet). The 64 GB version will reportedly then cost around 950 USD and the 128 GB version around 1050 USD.
